Was the Far East A Dark Age?
The far East had its moments of being a dark age but also had its
years where it flourished with new ideas. China ruled over eighty million
people. Ruling so many people led me to consider the far east as being a dark
age, but as I continue on the far east is far is a slit dynasty with great
inventions. In the far east china was a diverse empire split into the tong and
sung dynasty. The tong dynasty was the golden age for china's poetry, while the
sung dynasty produced iron. Chinese metal workers ran out of metal for coins so
they produced paper money. Also porcelain was such a high quality that was
traded all over the world. Now its known as china. China dominated the east
river.

Coming into the second task, Ursula tells Ariel that she can turn her human for three days to find true love with Erik, but Ariel would not be able to speak and if she did not find true love Ursula would get to keep Ariel’s voice and her soul forever. Ursula grants Ariel’s wish and turns her human. As soon as she loses her fins Flounder and Sebastian rush to her aid and bring her to shore since she can no longer breath underwater. Walking along the shoreline Erik finds Ariel and tries to find out her name, but learns that she can not talk. So to help her out he takes her to his castle to help her find her place since he believes she is lost. This is where Ariel’s third task is to get Erik’s true loves kiss. As Ariel comes closer and closer to getting the kiss from Erik, Ursula turns herself into the temptress Vanessa because her plan is about to fail and ship shafting into “Vanessa” and having Ariel’s voice could possibly make Erik fall in love with Vanessa rather than Ariel. Leaving Ariel without finding true loves kiss with Erik, which will let Ursula keep Ariel’s soul. Ariel’s fourth task is the choice between her giving up on Erik or keep at it, but as her loyal companion Scuttle comes back to tell Ariel about what Ursula has done she goes off to find Erik and try to convince him that she in actuality is an evil witch, but she must hurry since it is her last day. As Ariel is off to search for Erik and Vanessa, Flounder and Sebastian go off to tell King Triton that Ariel is in deep trouble if she does not get true loves kiss. They all meet up and King Triton (boon Guardian) uses the Boon (Trident) to destroy Ursula.. As Ursula is destroyed so is Ariel's contract. Ariel gets to keep her voice now that the witch is dead, but the unhealable wound of her betraying her father and going to the witch for help still lingers deep inside Ariel. Ariel soon learns that she has to forgive herself from all the trouble she has caused and move on with her life with Erik. |
